3. No Financial Investment or Returns

RELAY IS NOT AN INVESTMENT. THERE ARE NO PROMISES OF FINANCIAL RETURNS.

• Any fees paid are for messaging services only, not investments
• There is no token, coin, or security associated with this project that constitutes an investment
• You should not expect any financial gain from using this Service
• Any SOL earned through inbox fees is payment for your attention, not investment returns
• We make no representations about future value, utility, or functionality

4. Experimental Software Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• This software is experimental and may contain bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities
• The Service may be discontinued at any time without notice
• Data loss, service interruptions, and unexpected behavior may occur
• Smart contracts and blockchain interactions carry inherent risks
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• You are responsible for transaction fees (gas) on Solana

• You retain ownership of content you send
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• We are not responsible for content sent by other users
• Encrypted messages cannot be moderated by us

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELAY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets
• Loss of data or messages
• Service interruptions or failures
• Security breaches or unauthorized access
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

9. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
